- Water, and septic connections are included in the seasonal rate.
- Each site is provided with at least one 30 amp RV compatible electrical outlet on a metered pedestal.
- Each seasonal camper is responsible for paying for the amount of electrical usage. Meters will be read and billed annually.
- The seasonal rate allows registered persons to camp continuously up to the number of nights between May 1st and the last Sunday in October – this may be extended or reduced in either direction depending on the weather and individual circumstance
- Camping units cannot be more than 10 years old when they enter the park as a seasonal unit.
